SHE'S ALMOST DONE

just a few more touches here & there & Annie & her Snowman will be ready for our two day Christmas show coming up Nov 19th-20th, I'm working on getting at least two of each of my special Annie's etc

she will be finished by the weekend & hopefully a friend to go with her, working on getting my ornies finished up & in the mail for Prim Mart's Christmas Ornie Swap as well

if I'm a good girl & get all my chores done I'm gonna treat myself to a Covered Bridge Festival & quilt Show this weekend ~lol~

well let's see, there's the last show I say that now ~lol~ but any way's so far ,my two day Christmas show is all that I have in the plans for shows left coming up in less than three weeks,so I'll be in & out of the sewing room a lot

In the next few days it will be Fall Vs. Christmas around here, as you enter you'll see signs of Fall but as you get toward the back it'll begin to look like Christmas, reason being my Tour Of Lights Tour will be coming up soon

I'm finishing up 28 ornies for the ornie swap, gotta get those in the mail this week,,sorry I can't show you those just yet, there are rules ~lol~ but last year I made these cardinals, I was right in the middle when I broke my pinkie ,boy was those beadie eyes a hoot to sew on with a splint on my pinkie ~lol~

My big "for me" plans for this coming month is to finish that sewing room, make the curtains get things organized, change the decor, a whole new look, thought I'd love the yellow walls but after it was all said & done they're kinda messing with me ~lol~ maybe the fabric will tone them down if not well I wont say it just yet ~lol~

the results are priceless, little Julie squealed with delight when I told her this was for her

besides getting ready for my next show, my next biggest project is to finish my sewing room

SO MUCH IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN

So much has happened over her at Nanna's, so much is happening & so much more is going to happen here at Nanna's LOL little Noah, grand baby #7 is growing with eyes wide open , he doesn't want to miss a thing, being the only boy of 6 girls , he's probably looking for the other boys LOL LOL

we're in Revival at church this week, so that's keeping me busy as well, the my choir & praise team will be singing tonight,today I will go over to the fellowship hall & decorate for our pastors grand daughters first birthday party , I am in the process of making a special Raggedy on her maw maw's request lol, I can't wait to show you pictures of her trying to hold her LOL
I have one show left for the year,my two day Christmas show coming up in Nov. so lots of sewing to catch up on there, lots of new things to show you as I work my way back to the sewing room next week

I signed up for the Christmas ornie swap again this year over at Prim Mart, we had 28 to sign up this year, so they're on my "get finished" list this week lol sorry I wont be able to show those, we're not allowed until Marie has all the boxes & post pictures on Prim mart which will be in Nov.

when all settles down, like that will really happen LOL LOL I'm going to try my hand at making pillowcases, I've came across a few tutorials & find them interesting enough to make me want to make one lol, then it will be time to start getting ready for my home Tour Of Lights party

WINFIELD SHOW

Our first show of the year , boy oh boy was it hot! but that didn't stop the people from coming out non stop, we did well I just didn't have as much stock as I usually do, with so much happening around us, "good stuff though " lol I just didn't push myself to fill it out to the bare walls like I normally do, I've cancelled my Oct show, but will still do my 2 day Christmas show in Nov

I noticed my poor Angels had lost their halo's guess they fell off in the tote lol but it was too far to go back & check

we have been doing this show for the past six years & this has been the lowest inventory I've ever done, but it was all good, they still came, we still sold & we'll be back bigger & better next year lol

pic on the right is my friend Debbie, she always tracks me down at my shows lol she made this 2 hour hot drive to see me lol she sometimes does shows with me , she makes the cutest purses & aprons,so she knew when she saw my booth that I'd not put my all into it, her first reply was where's all those nakies you were to get dressed, my reply was , still home nakie LOL
