RED IS FOR DECEMBER

 

For the Nov. New FO challenge I’ve decided that those red/white squares that’s been packed away for, ok lets just say it’s time to turn them into a glorious quilt & what a better Christmas gift to myself!

I’ve thought long & hard about the New Year & one thing for sure I’m not going into with any unfinished projects, did I mention I’m working on two other quilts along with other things lol! lots of sewing will be happening in the sewing room these next 31 days give or take a day off lol! I can do it!

DOUBLE TROUBLE

Is that what you think when you see twins lol!these girls wasn’t the trouble, it was my machine, it kept coming unthreaded , mercy I thought I’d never get these girls finished but finally ta daa! here they are lol!

 

 

SHOW TIME

The two day Christmas show I do every year was great!, I had a friend go with me this year, she set up things from her shop, I think she had enough  fun to go back next year

can you find the yellow straight pin? LOL! after pulling up the pictures I noticed I forgot to attach Annie's bow lol! hope the customer that bought her doesn’t stick herself!

Fri. I had sold everything except two Annie's & a few odd & ends so sat. I filled my table with my Curious George and Raggedy Ann toys

ANNIE AND HER BEAR

 

Annie & her bear’s all ready to go to the show, she’s such a big girl she may have to sit up front with me on the way lol!

look who I found , a little fluffing & she was all ready to go with us

then Emma cried out, can I go? huh? huh? can I go?

mama said just as soon as I get baby ready I’ll be ready

  hope Santa’s there this year,   I have things to talk to him about lol!there are still Annie's all over the sewing room just needing a touch of this or a touch of that lol! but for now I’ve got to locate my table covers & go set up before it gets too late, then back home & back to the sewing room!

 

 

THEY WENT MARCHING IN 2X2

 I loved making these pillowcases today,

I especially love how they turned out with no seams on the cuff by doing them the jelly roll style

it’s getting down to that crunch time, you know where if it’s not done by a certain time it doesn't get done lol, sorry I’ve been too busy to snap pictures as I go ,I’ll have more time tomorrow as I get things tagged & toted up

I can just hear some little one drifting off to sleep singing the animals went marching in 2x2 hoo rah hoo rah

WHERE DID MY SEWING ROOM GO!

These past few days has been  a stay in your p.j’s, pizza eating,living in the sewing room kinda days lol!The worse part to getting ready for a show is the prep work, seems like it takes longer to cut out, paint etc. then to actually put something together,especially when you have to get dressed & go to town for something, I wont bore you with more of “prepping” lol!a dear friend is always telling me don't tell me, show me!lol!so I’ll start showing you what I’ve  “done” instead of what I’ve“been doing” lol! but first let me show you one more time what I’ve been doing lol!I can’t wait for show time to be over so I can finish up decorating my sewing room
